3General Terms of Platform Use

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing funds from dkpk is simple and fast, though the following conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (for the first withdrawal).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours. For VIP members, processing takes 2–3 minutes.

6Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. However, a "Cash Out" option may be available within a specified window before the match begins.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, dkpk reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, the stake is generally refunded.
• Sports event results are verified through international data feeds.

Live Betting

During live betting, odds may change due to network delays. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will be considered final.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

Dkpk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, clearly outlined in the offer details. Generally speaking:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 1x to 5x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If the same person attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Bonuses typically expire within 7–30 days of the date they are issued.
• Dkpk reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkpk platform:

• Money Laundering: Using betting for the purpose of money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed match outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities for risk-free profit.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Unauthorized access to the platform in any form.

If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Dkpk believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we have the following safeguards in place:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at your discretion.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from betting for a set period of time.

10Account Closure & Termination

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Closed at dkpk's Discretion

Dkpk may close any account at any time due to rule violations, fraud, or any other reason. If an account is closed and no rule violation is established, any valid balance will be returned.
